01

Board responsibility

The board sets the strategy and approves budgets, major contracts and risk decisions. Management is responsible for day-to-day execution. Explicit decision moments and reporting apply to important transitions in the project.

02

Growing into the operational organisation

The plan provides for expansion of the board at Financial Close and the appointment of a permanent CEO. Jan Demmer is interim CEO until that appointment. Additional roles for HR, contract management, finance, sales and operational readiness are filled in phases. These future appointments are not shown as already realised.

03

Control throughout the project

Execution is supported by planning, an up-to-date risk register, cost forecasts, change management and monthly reporting. At commissioning, tests follow on safety, capacity, availability, energy use, emissions and product quality.

04

Safeguarding quality and interests

The integrated management system describes responsibilities, product release and substantiation of claims. For Your.Earth the design additionally provides for independent decision-making, separate funds and management of conflicts of interest. Certification and verification are treated as separate processes.
